After reviewing your account application, you will receive a confirmation email containing your login information.  You can then access our online system 24 hours a day!

PRIVACY POLICY

Magic Headwear respects each individual’s right to personal privacy.  We will use information collected through our website only in the ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected on www. MagicHeadwear.com:

Part I.  Information Collection

Magic Headwear collects information through our website at several points:

  • We collect the information to enable creation of your Magic Headwear account when you register with us.
  • We collect contact information when you complete a “Contact Us” form or join our mailing list.
  • The account information is collected voluntarily from our customers in order to provide Magic Headwear products and services, and is mandatory for credit and shipping purposes.
     

Part II.  Information Usage

  • Information collected by Magic Headwear will be used to establish a purchase account and for shipping orders to the customer. 
  • Users who register as buyers will receive limited email communication from us; users who contact us through our online form will receive a response to their specific inquiry; users who sign up for our Email List will receive periodic emails containing product information. 
  • In respecting the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
  • We may share data with shipping companies in order to expedite delivery of your orders.  The information will only be used to verify shipping addresses or notify you in the event of a delay or other issue.
  • If our policy on information collection or use changes, we will advise you by posting an update to this webpage.
     

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ORDERING

Minimum Order:

  • 1 dozen minimum per order transaction (per style / color / size).
  • Customer is required to follow the Sample policy (see below: SAMPLES) if minimum quantity is not met.
  • Case pricing is based on 144 pieces or more (per style / color / size).

Samples:

  • Samples will be sent according to first column sample pricing unless the order meets the minimum order requirements (see above).
  • Samples are not refundable or returnable.

Payments Terms:

  • VISA or MasterCard are accepted (American Express is accepted on sample orders only).
  • Open Terms are available to customers after credit history with Magic Headwear, Inc. has been established and approved.
  • Aging for Open Terms starts on the invoice date.
  • Magic Headwear, Inc. reserves the right to revoke credit terms at any time without notice.

Shipping:

  • Ground shipments will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified.
  • Once merchandise leaves a Magic Headwear warehouse we are not responsible for any delivery delays.
  • Additional drop shipment locations are subject to a $6.00 per location handling fee.
  • We do not guarantee same day shipping, however our best efforts will be made to ship the day an order is received.

Claim & Return Policy:

  • Customer must receive approval for returns and claims within 5 days of merchandise receipt.
  • Magic Headwear DOES NOT accept returns after decoration.
  • Returned and claimed goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • We DO NOT issue refunds on returns of imprinted merchandise even if the items are not damaged.  It is the customer's responsibility to check merchandise prior to imprinting.
  • No returns are accepted on "Close Out" or "Discontinued" items.

Returned Checks & Delayed Payments:

  • A $20.00 service charge will be applied to all return checks.
  • Interest charges as high as 1.5% daily may be applied to invoices past due.

Special Orders:

  • A 50% non-refundable advance deposit will be required on all special orders. 
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to delivery, unless arrangements have been previously agreed to.
