Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM ORDER:

  • 1 dozen minimum per order transaction (per style / color / size)
  • Customer is required to follow the Sample policy (see below: SAMPLES) if minimum quantity is not met.
  • Case pricing is based on 144 pcs. Or more (per style / color / size).

SAMPLES:

  • Samples will be sent according to first column sample pricing, unless the order meets the minimum order requirements, see above
  • Samples are not refundable or returnable.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • VISA or MasterCard (American Express is accepted on sample order only).
  • Open Terms are available to customers after credit history with Magic Headwear, Inc has been established and approved
  • Aging on Open Terms starts from the date of Invoice.
  • Magic Headwear, Inc., reserves the right to revoke credit terms at any time without notice.

SHIPPING:

  • Ground shipments will be shipped via UPS, unless otherwise specified.
  • Once any merchandise leaves Magic Headwear warehouse Magic Headwear is not responsible for any shipment delays.
  • Any additional Drop Shipment locations will be subject to a $6.00 handling fee per location.
  • We do not guarantee Same Day Shipping. However, our best efforts will be made to ship the same day.

CLAIM & RETURN POLICY:

  • Customer must receive approval for returns and claims within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise
  • Magic Headwear DOES NOT take back products once it is decorated
  • Returned and claimed goods are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
  • We DO NOT issue refunds on returns of imprinted merchandise even if the items are not damaged. It is the customer's responsibility to check any merchandise prior to imprinting.
  • No returns on "Close Out" or "Discontinued" items.

RETURNED CHECKS & DELAYED PAYMENTS:

  • A $20.00 service charge will be applied to all return checks.
  • Interest charges as high as 1.5% daily may be applied to invoices past due.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

  • A 50% non-refundable advance deposit will be required on all special orders.
    The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to delivery, unless arrangements have been previously agreed to.
